FAQ's

How does it work?

You must attend check-in on event day, or have someone check-in for you between 1pm-3pm at the Pub Crawl Party Lot (300 N. Brevard).  At check-in you will get your pub crawl wristband, event koozie, and itinerary for the crawl. You may check-in for others that cannot be there by 3:00pm if you have their ticket from a prepay event or confirmation email with QR Code (preferred) or number (example: SMITH-12345) from their online purchase.  The crawl starts at check-in as there will be DJ’s, food trucks, and booze for sale, so come ready to party!!!

I never received a confirmation email from my online purchase?

You may have typed your email address incorrectly, or it may be in your spam folder.  If it’s not in your spam folder, use the link here… scroll to the bottom and resend it to yourself!!

What time does it start?

You can check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm on the day of the event. Event check-in will be at the Pub Crawl Party Lot (300 N. Brevard). This is the only location that can house everyone in one place and is a great place to get your crawl started.

What time does it end?

Technically we hit our last bars from 9:00pm-10:00pm.

How much does it cost?

$10-$25 depending on when purchased! The earlier you buy the cheaper the deal!

What methods of payment do you accept?

Credit/Debit Card or Cash

Can a friend pick up "stuff" at check-in?

YES! You can have a friend pick everything you’ll need for the day. They will you’re your confirmation email with QR Code (preferred and quicker) or print out with confirmation code (Ex: Smith-12345).

What is included?

FREE access to all participating bars for free (no cover charge), event koozie, drink specials, costume contest and being part of the Biggest Halloween Crawl in the Southeast!!!

What if I need to cancel?
We have a 72 Hour Advance Cancelation Policy. Meaning… you must cancel 72 hours PRIOR to event in order to receive full refund. The window will close 72 hours PRIOR to event.
Does this year include the Gravediggers Ball?

Do you donate back to a local Charity?

Yes!! Each event we choose a local charity to donate back to. We truly believe in supporting local causes with big impact on our world today.

The charity for our 19th Annual Halloween Pub Crawl is Carolina Breast Friends. At the end of ticket sales, we take a portion of proceeds and donate right back.
